Based at the Henley on Thames office, Giles’ reputation has been established over many years. Having trained at West of Scotland Agricultural College, Giles worked for local and National firms reaching partnership and associate director level before founding his own business Robinson Sherston in 1992. Giles family connections reach back 4 generations living in and around the Thames Valley since the 1900's, giving him an intimate knowledge of the town and its people. His experience, discretion and professionalism have earned him an enviable reputation as one of the leading estate agents in South Oxfordshire.

Matt started his career after graduating in the early 1990’s, initially in West London, running offices in Chiswick, Putney and Richmond. Matt has worked in Henley on Thames since he opened the Knight Frank branch in 2005 and has been involved in many landmark sales in Henley, Marlow and the Chilterns building up a reputation for integrity and good humoured advice delivered with a proven track record across all areas of the market. In 2021 Matt joined in partnership with Giles and Nick, bringing his personal style, cutting edge agency knowledge and trusted extensive global contacts.

Nick is based in the Watlington office which he established in 1992, in Partnership with Giles. Like Matt, he had previously worked for London-based agencies, including Jackson-Stops and Foxtons before fulfilling his desire to set up his own business close to his family home. His unrivalled knowledge of the area, strong communication skills and compelling sales record are well known in and around the town. Nick and his team have worked together for many years and are recognised for their customer-led service.
