Our Property Management Department provides dedicated support for you and your property. We carry out regular inspections for managed properties and deal with the maintenance issues that occur. We will advise on routine repairs and also recommend works, where necessary, to ensure that your property complies with the requirements of current legislation. We use CFP WinMan ®, a powerful, market leading software package to run our property management and client accounting systems. This enables us to optimise the efficiency of our service and provide you with relevant information and the financial data that you need. Our Management service can also extend to advising and supervising major refurbishment works, and looking after vacant properties.

We have access to a wide ranging pool of contractors and other professionals, enabling us to call on the specialist resources that are sometimes needed. We are also happy to use your appointed contractors or professionals.

Residential Block Management & Residents Management Companies
Robinson Sherston also act as Managing Agent for a number of Residents Management Companies in the Henley and the surrounding area. Our commitment to providing a high quality service requires us to concentrate on buildings and developments in the Henley area. Our Management Department uses the experience applied to our residential let properties in a different context, enabling us to able to deal with all the responsibilities of Residents Management Companies, in liaison with the Directors on a regular basis. We customise this service to meet the needs of the individual clients and their properties, optimising the use of resources and service charge funds.
